Meet the Team

Marc G. Serré, Managing Principal

Turning experience into action — for communities, leaders, and organizations.

Wih over three decades of leadership across government, business, and the non-profit sector, I now bring that experience to those who want to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.

As a former Member of Parliament and Parliamentary Secretary in key federal portfolios, I’ve spent years navigating complex policy environments, building consensus, and advancing community-driven initiatives. My background also includes senior executive roles in telecommunications, education, and social services — always with a focus on operational excellence, equity, and results.

Today, I lead Serré & Associates / Associés, offering personalized support in:

  • Strategic Planning – From goal setting to implementation

  • Executive Coaching – For individuals and leadership teams

  • Governance & Board Consulting – Helping boards strengthen accountability, roles, and performance

  • Community & Economic Development – With a deep commitment to Indigenous reconciliation and inclusive prosperity

  • Telecom - Helping telecom companies expand into Northern Ontario

Whether you lead a municipality, a non-profit, or a private sector initiative, I’m here to support your mission. I work in both official languages and bring a bilingual, hands-on approach that’s rooted in trust, experience, and community impact.

Kaylie Dudgeon, Associate

Kaylie Dudgeon is a bilingual communications strategist and community-engaged professional with deep roots in Northern Ontario. Born and raised in the small rural community of Larder Lake, Ontario, her early years in a Northern setting shaped her strong interest in Northern development, community voice and regional identity.

Kaylie obtained an Advanced Public Relations diploma at Cambrian College in Sudbury, where she honed her skills in media relations, event planning, stakeholder communication and writing.

Over the course of her career, Kaylie has held a variety of roles at the intersection of public affairs, government relations and corporate communication. She served as Communication Manager to a Member of Parliament/Parliamentary Secretary, where she supported bilingual communications, key stakeholder outreach and federal-level messaging.

Currently she serves as External Communications Specialist for the Ontario region at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, one of Canada’s leading gold producers. In this role she leads regional communications strategies, community engagement efforts, and alignment of corporate messaging with local priorities and northern contexts.

In addition to her corporate role, Kaylie is a Director on the Board of Northern Policy Institute (NPI), a think-tank dedicated to advancing independent evidence-based analysis of policy in northern Ontario. Her appointment to the board was announced in September 2025, acknowledging both her communications expertise and longstanding connection with NPI (including as an early “Experience North” summer placement).

Kaylie has also contributed to community and regional non-profit organizations. Among her volunteer and board involvement: she has served on the board of a community health centre in Greater Sudbury (Centre de Santé Communautaire du Grand Sudbury) and has been actively engaged in community event-planning and fundraising initiatives.

With her combination of Northern Ontario roots, bilingual capacity (English/French), corporate communications leadership, and public-policy engagement, Kaylie is well-positioned to bridge private-sector interests, community voices and public policy in the North.
